Change of Mind

We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day your parcel arrives. To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • Condition: The item is in its original, unopened packaging and in resellable condition.

  • Direct Purchase: The item was purchased directly from Eastele.com.au.

  • Completeness: No parts are missing or damaged (unless due to our error).
